Wills & Probate

At Carltons we are specialists in all aspects of estate planning, including preparing Wills and setting up Lasting Powers of Attorney.

We also have expertise in dealing with the administration of a deceased person's estate and we can remove some of the additional burden of negotiating the legal system during this difficult time. Please see our Probate frequently asked questions page.

If a family member or loved one is no longer able to deal with their financial affairs, for example due to an age related illness such as Dementia or Alzheimer's disease, we can help by dealing with the Court of Protection and ensuring that a trusted person can take over the handling of their affairs.

We also deal with contentious issues such as disputed Wills and Probate.

For more information please see our page on Making a Will frequently asked questions. We have also been awarded the Law Society's Wills and Inheritance Quality Scheme (WIQS).

We can advise clients who speak English, Gujarati, Hindi and Urdu and also advise on and prepare Islamic Wills.
